Managing Long Covid in the Workplace

A report from REACT-2 studies show over a third of people who have had coronavirus reported symptoms lasting at least 12 weeks.

These long lasting symptoms, known as Long Covid, can leave sufferers with symptoms such as fatigue and headaches, making everyday life such as going to work difficult.

It is still unknown how long these symptoms could last for, or whether or not there is a cure.

Andy Davies, the Senior Vice President at MHR, an HR company spoke to Hebe about how companies can help combat and support employees suffering.
