New book calls on men to act as allies in ending violence towards women
Murdered on their way home at night – the tragic deaths of women on London’s streets, most recently with that of 35 year old law graduate Zara Aleena, in Ilford, has continued to fuel important debate about male violence towards women.
Journalist and author Sophie Gallagher has penned a new book hoping to change the narrative, moving it away from an issue women need to fix, but to one where men can become allies.
James spoke with Sophie about How Men Can Help: A Guide to Undoing Harm and Being a Better Ally.
