New research shows non-compliant cars will plummet in price after the ULEZ expansion
With the expansion of the ultralow emissions zone on the horizon, experts are predicting the effects this will have in different areas, one being the value of non-complaint cars.
New research by the car comparison website ‘Carwow’ is showing 74% of Brits don’t know if their car meets the standards set to come into place on the 29th of August.
