Now many of us will know well the feeling of having overindulged a little at Christmas but now there’s a new trend that’s being termed ‘seasonal sobriety’.
New research revealed more than a third of Brits are saying no to alcohol this Christmas and nearly a fifth of Londoner’s confirm they drank less in 2023.
