Shocking bullying, harassment and discrimination in fire services, report says

Bullying, harassment and discrimination has been uncovered in every fire and rescue service in England.

The values and culture report into the sector was commissioned by His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services.

Last year, the inspectorate placed fire services in London in special measures, amid complaints of racism, misogyny and bullying.

James has been speaking to Tanya about the findings.
