Survivor raising awareness of Breast Cancer in men

October is Breast Cancer awareness month, More than 55,000 women being diagnosed with Breast Cancer each year in the UK.

However, it isn’t widely know is that Breast Cancer can impact men as well.

Though rare, just under 400 men per year in the UK also develop breast cancer.

This happened to Doug Harper – who didn’t even know men could develop breast cancer at all.

He’s part of Asda’s Tickled Pink campaign, to bring awareness to men to make sure they also check and be aware of the signs.
