Susie Dent on helping the visually impaired
Susie Dent, the star of Countdown’s Dictionary Corner amongst many other things has been speaking to London Live about the most recent project she’s signed up to help with.
It’s a service being run by the ‘Guide Dogs charity’ called My Sighted Guide and matches up a volunteer with someone who is visually impaired, allowing both to connect with each other and each expand their horizons.
Susie’s been telling Paul what makes the particularly scheme special.
