The London Assembly Budget and Performance Committee met this week to discuss different areas and for the first time, they invited a panel of outside experts to further discuss and debate the Mayor’s current and potential future budget priorities.
Henry spoke to Neil Garratt, the chair of the committee, about how useful it was to have an outsiders viewpoint – as well as the key points of the meeting.
