The tech skills gap in London and how to get into the industry
The tech industry is one of the fastest-growing sectors when it comes to jobs and employees who fill those roles are regularly rewarded for their unique set of skills as a result.
But with a digital skills gap of £63 billion in the UK economy according to the latest research, demand for these skills continues to outrun supply.
Paul’s been finding out a bit more about routes into the industry from London based coding teacher Katie Smith, who started by telling us what the digital skills gap actually means.
