‘This Is England’ exhibition showcases the England men’s football squad
Following the 2022 World Cup, a new exhibition from British artist Matt Small showcases the diversity of the England men’s football squad.
The collection was originally commissioned by the FA for the Euros and the 27 portraits celebrate the diverse team, many of whom recently played at the World Cup.
Matt Small told me more about how the collection came to be.
‘This Is England’ is on at Guildhall Art Gallery until 19 February.
