Three-month wait for a diagnosis of ovarian cancer
New research shows nearly a third of women will have to wait more than three months from first visiting their GP for a diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
Thats according to data from charity Target Ovarian Cancer which surveyed GPs, women with a diagnosis of ovarian cancer, and women from the general public across the UK.
Rachel Downing is the Director of Study at Target Ovarian Cancer and told Alicia more.
