Tram Plans for Havering Council
Havering Council is planning to carry out a study into whether they should build a tram system.
The deputy council leader of Havering Gillian Foord – believes the area has been neglected in the new Superloop plans – and that with the new ULEZ expansion imminent, residents are restricted from easily travelling around the borough.
