Travelling to work by train is good for the brain

Commuting by train is good for the brain according to new research by University College London who say that commuting by rail helps set you up for the workday by cutting through ‘brain fog.’

People who use their commute to prepare for the day and mentally disengage from work on the way home can experience less stress, anxiety and improved productivity.
