Former SAS trooper Phil Campion: ‘Sexual abuse dogged me for years’

The former elite solider turned author and presenter Phil Campion has spoken openly of the abuse he faced during his time in care as a child.

Campion, who was a member of the SAS, before returning to conflict zones to make tv programmes, says sexual assaults ‘dogged him for decades’, before he finally felt able to speak about what had happened.

He’s now shared his story in a new book ‘Who Dares Wins’. Speaking to Anthony Baxter, he also spoke about reality tv programmes connected to the SAS and his work with NATO.
