‘Away from the Fields’ nominated for Best Documentary at the BFI Future Film Festival

All this week we’re showcasing up and coming London talent in the film industry ahead of the BFI Future Film Festival next week.

Safeen James is nominated for Best Documentary for her film ‘Away from the Fields’.

It focuses on three Nigerian boys living in London, exploring their cultural identity within the UK.

Tanya has been speaking to Safeen.

We’ll be showcasing more London talent who’ve been nominated at the festival tomorrow.
