Farringdon Station’s new Elizabeth Line art unveiled

This week some sixth formers got the chance to have a sneak peak at The Elizabeth Line and to see what will greet passengers as they enter Farringdon station.

As part of the Crossrail art programme, new installations will go up in the seven major London stations.

Farringdon plays host to the British artist Simon Periton who led the art and design and technology pupils through the station.

I went down to speak to those involved and check out the new station platforms…
