A new type of talent agency launches in London

A new talent agency has launched in the capital aiming to address a number of existing inequalities within the worlds of marketing and media.

Reflect is the UK’s first not-for-profit influencer management company, with a mission to increase diversity across tv advertising, social media content and other national platforms.

Profits will be used to pay for employment opportunities and training. One of the shadow board members is the Big Issue chief executive Stephen Robertson.

He told us why his decision to be involved was linked to a recent brain injury that he’d suffered.
