Biggest morale boost for teachers are their students, new research finds

Teachers have always strived to have a huge impact on the lives of their students. But a new study of over twelve-hundred educators found that one of the biggest boosts to morale and outlook on a teacher’s life is, in fact, their students. We spoke to two London teachers who are part of the Get Into Teaching program to find out what inspires them, and how teaching impacts positively on their wellbeing
