How has the ‘Pingdemic’ affected London?

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer called the government on Friday to bring forward the date on which double-vaccinated people in England can escape self-isolation. This comes as England and Wales saw record numbers of people being told to isolate last week via the NHS COVID app, with more than 1 in 7 of those pings being in London. This has left workforces throughout sectors within the capital short on staff. Hebe has been looking into how the numbers of people being told to self isolate within London.
