Journalist Ryan Wilson on his book about his 10 years as a teacher

After 10 years teaching in state schools, having spent 5 of them in the capital, journalist Ryan Wilson has written a book about his experience in the classroom.

From the hilarity and awkwardness of parents evening to the brutal realities of the major challenges our teachers face – the book is a love letter to teachers and education.

James Dickman has been hearing more from Ryan.

‘Let That Be a Lesson: A Teacher’s Life in the Classroom‘ is out on Thursday.
