Over half of women are discriminated against in the workplace, according to new research
Increasing numbers of young women are being discriminated against at work in London according to new research from the charity Young Women’s Trust.
Over half say they’ve faced some sort of discrimination, compared to 47% last year.
Speaking to thousands of young women and men as well as the decision makers at firms they found a quarter of women are also being paid less for doing the same job.
The charity has created a manifesto for an equal world of work.
I caught up with their Chief Executive, Claire Reindorp.
