What does it take to run the London Marathon?

With the London Marathon just a few sleeps away, many of the runners will likely be feeling a huge mix of emotions; some good, some bad.

To help with the mental preparation for taking on such a huge task, sports psychologist at the University of East London, James Beale, spoke to Paul about what is required.
