An estimated 60,000 Londoners are thought to be living with a heart condition, without realising.
Atrial Fibrillation is the most common type of condition to affect the heart’s rhythm.
Survival rates are improving, but left undiagnosed – it can lead to dizziness, breathing problems and in some cases heart attacks.
