Mental Health UK: 1 in 3 experienced high or extreme levels of stress last year

Over a third of us have experienced high or extreme levels of stress in the last year as 1 in 5 took time off due to workplace pressures.

The figures from Mental Health UK highlight the issue of burnout.

And half of UK workers said their organisation didn’t have plans in place to help colleagues prevent being worn out.

Well earlier, I spoke to Charlotte from the charity about why stress burnouts aren’t taken seriously.
