Study shows many Londoners share their personal troubles with cab drivers

Londoners are more open with their cab driver than the rest of the UK, with 44% having shared their personal troubles during a journey, compared to the UK average of 20%.

Taxi company, Free now has partnered with mental health charity, Calm to help advise staff on how to help.

Alicia has been chatting to cab driver, Mencie Lita and Chartered Psychologist, Dr Audrey Tang.
